Turn insights into executive-ready stories and decks that drive Open Banking decisions.

Shape the future of Chase’s Open Banking team by driving customer value, removing barriers to success, and exceeding expectations. Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in shaping the direction of a new revenue-generating business within JPMorganChase. As a Senior Associate on the Open Banking Strategy & Insights team, you will turn complex market, customer, and performance inputs into clear, executive-ready storytelling—primarily through high-impact decks and concise narratives for senior stakeholders. You will partner closely with Data and Analytics, Product, and Business leaders to ensure leadership has the right information, at the right altitude, in the right format to drive decisions. The Chase Open Banking team is committed to empowering customers to share their financial data securely and transparently within the open banking ecosystem. We enable customers to access their financial data and maintain control and visibility when sharing it with the apps and companies they choose. Job Responsibilities Own executive-ready storytelling and information delivery for Business Intelligence in Open Banking—creating crisp narratives, “so what” insights, and decision-focused recommendations through decks, readouts, and briefing materials. Develop and maintain core leadership presentations (weekly/monthly business reviews, operating reviews, strategy updates, risk/issue readouts), ensuring consistent messaging, structure, and visual quality. Synthesize inputs from multiple sources (data outputs, product updates, partner feedback, market intel, risk/compliance) into a single coherent storyline that highlights priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions required. Partner with Data and Analytics teams to interpret dashboards and analyses; translate outputs into leadership-appropriate messages, implications, and actions (rather than owning heavy analytics buildout). Create market and competitive intelligence deliverables—turning industry trends, ecosystem dynamics, and competitor activity into leadership-ready POVs, one-pagers, and narrative slide flows. Drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders by preparing meeting materials, pre-reads, and post-meeting recaps that capture decisions, owners, and next steps. Support strategic planning and governance by packaging KPIs, initiatives, risks, and progress into simple, repeatable reporting formats with clear definitions and context. Ensure high standards for accuracy and controls by validating key messages, sources, and approvals (including appropriate risk/compliance considerations) before materials are shared with leadership. Uphold strong risk management, ethical leadership, and adherence to firmwide standards. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance within the team, promoting diversity and inclusion. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3+ years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting, business intelligence, product operations, or executive communications within financial services (or similarly complex, regulated environments). Demonstrated excellence in building executive-level decks: strong slide craftsmanship (structure, flow, visuals), ability to simplify complexity, and comfort presenting to senior audiences. Proven ability to translate analytical and qualitative inputs into crisp narratives and operational recommendations—independently and with cross-functional partners. Strong stakeholder management skills; experienced partnering with data, technology, product, and business teams in a matrix environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear pre-reads and leadership summaries. Sound judgement, discretion, and decision-making skills. High attention to detail and quality control (fact-checking, version management, message consistency). Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience supporting business reviews, operating committees, or senior leadership routines (e.g., WBR/MBR/QBR). Familiarity with Open Banking, payments, data-sharing ecosystems, or fintech partnerships. Experience working with dashboards/metrics sufficiently to interpret and communicate insights (without needing to build complex analyses). Note: This role requires five days in the office (Monday–Friday). Hybrid is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. We are not able to provide immigration sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Final job grade level and corporate title will be determined at time of offer and may differ from this posting. This role does not provide relocation assistance, so all candidates must be local to the work locations listed in the job posting or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hire.
