Payments in India are processed by Razorpay in INR, and certain Indian transactions are billed and invoiced under The Perfect Resume, the Indian billing and GST-registered entity (GSTIN 07AKJPC2028B1ZV). Payments in the UAE and internationally are processed by Stripe in AED or USD, where enabled, and handled by One Roadmap Marketing Management, Dubai. Taxes, where they apply, are shown before you pay. We never receive your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or bank credentials - your payment processor handles those under its own obligations.
Refunds: credits, passes and other digital services are delivered immediately and are non-refundable once used. If you paid and never received what you bought, or were charged twice, you get a full refund.
