People preparing for their next role in technology, data and AI - students and freshers looking for a first job, and experienced professionals moving into a new role. OneRoadmap is free to start, and the learning roadmaps can be read without an account.

Employers can use OneRoadmap to evaluate candidates on what they have demonstrated rather than on keywords - see OneRoadmap for employers.

ORI is the AI career agent inside OneRoadmap - part of the same product and the same account, not a separate company. It works through each step with you, and you stay in charge of the application: ORI prepares, you submit.

1. 1.Find overlooked opportunities

   Browse the job board and companies that recently raised funding, whose careers pages are watched for tech, AI and data roles. Turn on Auto Match and ORI brings you roles that fit your target role, experience and location. It finds roles; it never applies.

2. 2.Match them to your profile

   Paste the link to any public job posting and Job Scan imports it as a job page. Each role is set against your profile, showing which of its requirements your evidence already covers and which it does not.

3. 3.See the skill gaps

   ORI names the gaps between you and the role, and the proof that would close each one. Role Readiness shows how your evidence compares with what a role requires, out of 100 - it is not a prediction of an interview or an offer.

4. 4.Close them through learning and practice

   Follow a roadmap, practise with daily challenges, and prove it with skill certifications and job simulations. Every assessment, simulation and challenge you complete becomes evidence on your profile; reading alone does not.

5. 5.Prepare the application

   From facts you provided, ORI prepares a tailored resume, answers to the employer's questions and an application strategy - how to position yourself, the strengths to lead with, the gaps to address honestly and what not to claim - plus a cover letter where the application asks for one. Preparing an application uses 10 credits. If a role looks like a poor fit, ORI pauses and shows you the gaps first, and you decide whether to go ahead.

6. 6.Apply with the Chrome extension - you submit

   On the employer's application form, the OneRoadmap Chrome extension can fill in your profile details, and - on the application forms it supports, once you confirm - your prepared resume and answers. Where a form is not supported yet, you can review and copy your prepared answers instead.

   It never submits an application or presses Next, it does not solve CAPTCHAs, and some upload widgets need you to attach the file yourself. You review everything and submit on the employer's site.

7. 7.Track the application

   When you have submitted, mark the application as submitted - in the extension or on its application page - and follow it through interview and offer in one place. Nothing is marked as applied automatically.
