Drive The Future The program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Colombia and will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. We are looking for undergraduate or recent graduate students who are eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious and self-initiated. This is a full-time role based in Bogotá, that has a duration from a min of 6 month and is our main talent pipeline for analyst roles. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse environment and different teams such as; legal, compliance, back office, middle office, front office, payments, HR, product delivery, etc. What’s next?
