Job responsibilities Collaborate with Originations, Client, Relationship Managers, Treasury, Operations and Credit Underwriters to facilitate loan documentation and closing. Review and interpret legal documentation and provide operational feasibility guidance to Originations and Credit Underwriters. Engage with clients to gather necessary items for closing, managing expectations throughout the process. Prepare and dispatch documentation packages, ensuring compliance with credit and asset conditions. Provide seamless support and facilitation from mandate to close, applying critical thinking skills to anticipate needs of the business. Contribute to projects aimed at improving processes and procedures. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Expertise in loan origination or a closely related field, with over two years of experience and proficiency in managing and resolving conflicts through collaborative solutions. Advanced strategic planning capabilities, demonstrated by effective resource allocation decisions. Strong critical thinking skills for evaluating various aspects of loan transactions, ensuring informed decision-making. Proficiency in time management and organization, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects. Demonstrated leadership and execution skills to drive the end-to-end deal process, align stakeholders, maintain accountability, and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in a financial services environment, leveraging AI/ML to enhance lending processes and improve decision-making capabilities.
