Position Overview We're hiring a Compiler Research and Development Intern to support the co-design of next-generation Intel CPU and GPU architectures through compiler innovation for AI/ML model and framework optimizations. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to collect and analyze AI model performance data on Intel CPUs and GPUs, contribute to hardware and software features that optimize AI models and workload performance, and evaluate optimization impact on hardware design. You'll gain hands-on experience with technologies like LLVM, SYCL and CUDA while learning how compilers and runtimes integrate across the hardware-software stack to deliver strong performance and reliability for AI workloads.
