As a Transaction Processing Analyst within Asset Servicing, you oversee the operational management and control of daily workflow. You reconcile positions, process transactions, and resolve queries related to corporate action and income products. You ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction through disciplined execution and continuous process improvement. Job Responsibilities: Reconcile positions and payments, and process transactions to client accounts Perform routine and non-routine asset servicing transactions with advanced expertise Diagnose issues and deliver operational or technical resolutions Manage customer accounts, payments, income, and taxes across multiple events Resolve queries related to corporate action and income events Serve as a point of contact for internal communication with middle office and client service teams Offer suggestions that improve controls, efficiency, and operational processes Adapt to shifting business requirements and varying schedule coverage needs Work effectively under pressure and during shift-based coverage Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processing Support end-to-end asset servicing lifecycle activities Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Demonstrate prior experience in asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operations Collaborate closely with business partners and staff at all levels Adapt to tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively Organize and manage multi-stream program activities Apply strategic thinking with practical execution Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills Manage effectively through a changing business landscape Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities: Leverage experience in asset servicing lifecycle management Utilize advanced subject matter expertise in transaction processing Communicate efficiently with middle office and client service teams Suggest innovative solutions for operational improvements Adapt quickly to evolving business requirements Support process automation and efficiency initiatives Develop experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes, while engaging in continuous learning and professional development
