[NCL] Senior Delivery Manager

Project – the aim you’ll have As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll orchestrate delivery of property intelligence software solutions for one of our key Clients. Working with cross-functional teams including Solution Architect, Technical Product Manager, Software Engineers, you’ll manage projects involving technology modernization, AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for roadmap planning, resource allocation, budget management and ensuring successful delivery in a complex regulated environment where compliance, security and quality are critical. Position – how you’ll contribute • Managing customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmap aligned with business priorities, organizational and technical constraints • Planning and managing team composition and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring optimal capacity utilization • Coordinating cross-functional collaboration and communication between customer and development team members to ensure alignment • Overseeing project scope, timelines, budget, deliverables, estimates and ensuring appropriate change management • Building a healthy team culture, through coaching, mentorship, facilitating collaboration and protecting your team from distractors and demotivation • Leading change, including AI SDLC adoption and adaptation • Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively • Managing team objectives, performance, growth, administration; customer order, invoice preparation and reporting Expectations – the experience you need • 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects • Proven track record managing distributed software development projects end-to-end • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management, margin ownership • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority • Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams and projects in volatile environments • Sound understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle with practical application in complex delivery environments • Fluent English C1 – both written and spoken Additional skills – the edge you have • Knowledge of property intelligence domain • Knowledge of design principles, engineering best practices, software architecture, AI SDLC implementation experience • Project and team management certification and training • Information security and compliance standards, systems thinking Our offer – professional development, personal growth: Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind Poland Software Mind develops solutions that make an impact for companies around the globe.
