Roles & responsibilities · Collect/convert tax compliance data for the clients Global Mobility Workforce. · Formulate a plan to gather/communicate information to the client and complete accurate compliance products · Analyze data and prepare work papers based on professional standards · Analyze information to ensure accurate, quality tax returns for assignees. · Determine the accuracy/completeness of the compliance product, perform quality assurance procedures, and prepare the product for delivery · Assist professionals in using technological tools · Focus on personal taxation and security issues for companies with globally mobile employees · Applying effective individual income tax knowledge and expand it to include experience on cross-border Global Mobility Services and application of tax treaties. · Providing tax advice to inbound and outbound employees (e.g. basis of taxation, Not Ordinarily Resident scheme, tax planning via remuneration packaging, employee share schemes) · Engaging in variety of projects including employment tax risk reviews, share scheme planning and employment arrangement advice
This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications · Minimum Master Degree from reputable universities with excellent academic result, majoring in Accounting Finance. Mandatory technical & functional skills · A minimum of one year of experience in expatriate or individual tax · Aspiring towards a CPA or Enrolled Agent designation · Ability to analyze basic tax and accounting information
