Job responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, integrating technical requirements for low latency market trading technologies Guide cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals Identify and mitigate risks by proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions to drive continuous learning and innovation Assess program performance using analytical reasoning and implement data-driven optimizations Communicate effectively with stakeholders to influence decisions and build strong partnerships Manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams to ensure successful program delivery Contribute as a subject matter expert to operational planning and risk management for professional service delivery Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Deep technical expertise in program management, delivering complex technology projects within large organizations Hands-on experience with low latency market trading technologies and platforms Technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relationships Ability to manage resources, budgets, and teams in an agile environment Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, breaking down objectives into actionable tasks Stakeholder management skills, building productive relationships and influencing decisions across tea Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices Familiarity with data-driven program optimization Advanced communication and collaboration skills Experience in operational planning and risk management Ability to foster a culture of innovation and learning Knowledge of industry-standard project management tools Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
