Role overview You'll keep a UK team's billing accurate and on schedule, issuing invoices and resolving billing queries as they come in. Key responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices Investigate and resolve billing queries and disputes Reconcile billing records against payments received Maintain accurate billing data in Excel and internal systems Report on billing status to the wider finance team What you'll need Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables Experience in a billing, invoicing or accounts role Strong attention to detail with numbers Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work Confident, clear communication when resolving billing queries Nice to have Experience with recurring or subscription billing Familiarity with Sage or Xero Prior remote finance support experience What's on offer A permanent, fully remote role with a UK employer, working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), with clear processes and a supportive finance team.
