As our next Partnerships & Event Manager , you'll own our POS partner ecosystem end-to-end and take qlub into Hong Kong’s F&B community through events and partner activations you’ll personally drive. What you’ll own Own relationships with POS partners in Hong Kong: commercial terms, joint business planning, regular reviews, and revenue share tracking through to monthly settlement Lead POS integrations end-to-end with Product and Engineering — scope, prioritise, deliver, and take each one live Track status, milestones and timelines across concurrent projects; communicate risks, chase blockers and escalate to keep delivery moving Build qlub's presence across Hong Kong's F&B and hospitality community, and convert those relationships into qualified pipeline Bridge Sales, Operations and Product — arm the local team with the right positioning and integration capabilities Who you are You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience What you’ll need 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or project/delivery management Hands-on experience with, or strong working knowledge of, POS systems and how they integrate with payments Proven event or activation management experience, owning events end-to-end, from budget to on-site execution to follow-up Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must Strong stakeholder management across partners and internal teams Bias for action: you chase blockers, push decisions and keep momentum What we offer • Real ownership over products that impact millions of diners and thousands of restaurants globally • The opportunity to solve challenging problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience • A fast-moving environment where great ideas quickly become reality • Close collaboration with experienced operators, builders, and industry experts • A chance to leave a visible mark on one of the fastest-growing restaurant technology companies globally Ready to build?
