As our next Senior Product Manager, you'll help drive our growth in Singapore : leading a product area end‑to‑end with a deeply customer‑obsessed, discovery‑driven approach . You’ll operate with an AI‑native mindset , using AI to accelerate discovery, shorten cycle times, and close the gap between product, design, and engineering. Working closely with operators and partners, you’ll turn frictionless payments into real growth for restaurants while building, shipping, and delivering impact from day one. What you’ll own: Customer Understanding & Discovery (Core) Lead continuous discovery (interviews, data analysis, usability testing) Build deep understanding of customer needs, journeys, and pain points Translate insights into clear problems, opportunities, and hypotheses Market & Competitive Analysis Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking Analyze competitors, trends, and best practices Turn insights into strategic product decisions AI-Native Product Management Use AI to accelerate research, PRDs, analysis, and prototyping Build or leverage pipelines for discovery, competitive intelligence, and insights Continuously improve speed, quality, and efficiency of product work Product Strategy & Execution Define roadmap aligned with business goals Prioritize based on impact, customer value, and effort Own delivery from idea → launch → iteration Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Create clear PRDs and requirements Reduce friction and shorten feedback loops across teams Measurement & Iteration Define KPIs and track performance Run experiments and iterate based on data and feedback Who you are: You bring strong product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership You demonstrate a proven track record in hands‑on online and offline customer research and discovery You apply solid experience in market research and competitive analysis to shape product direction You use AI tools hands‑on to enhance and streamline product workflows You think analytically, communicate clearly, and structure problems with rigor You bring payment and fintech experience, which is a strong plus What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in product design or engineering Strong experience in a dynamic product management role Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams Experience in delivering finely tuned products Knowledge of product development life cycle Knowledge of API integration (REST) Basic knowledge of database, HTML, CSS Experience in basic software and web development Basic knowledge of SQL query, Javascript Nice to have Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace What we offer: Real ownership over products that impact millions of diners and thousands of restaurants globally The opportunity to solve challenging problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience A fast-moving environment where great ideas quickly become reality Close collaboration with experienced operators, builders, and industry experts A chance to leave a visible mark on one of the fastest-growing restaurant technology companies globally Ready to build?
