This role leads complex energy infrastructure opportunities from customer engagement through feasibility, investment approval, contracting, notice to proceed, and transition to execution. The successful candidate will combine commercial leadership with technical, financial, regulatory, and project-development expertise to deliver projects that are technically feasible, financially attractive, contractually sound, and executable. Customers may include commercial and industrial clients, utilities, public-sector entities, federal agencies, data centers, healthcare systems, universities, municipalities, institutional clients, and other large energy users.
