Virtual Assistant - Customer Service

We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in customer service to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS; Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions; Escalate complex issues when necessary; Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems; Follow up with customers as needed; Assist with order tracking, account updates, and general support requests; Coordinate appointments and scheduling activities when required; Assist with dispatch-related tasks, including scheduling service appointments, communicating updates, and coordinating with field teams or vendors; Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions; Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken); Previous customer service experience; Experience in remote customer support; Experience with phone-based support; Experience with ticketing systems; Experience in dispatch, appointment scheduling, or service coordination; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally; Experience using CRM systems; Strong attention to detail; Benefits Work from home; Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week); Starting salary of USD $1,200/month , with an increase to USD $1,500/month after the first 90 days based on performance; A workplace that values its people; Professional development opportunities to grow your career; Be part of a supportive team that values your input and achievements; Referral bonus: If you refer a candidate, you will receive a $50 bonus once they’re hired by one of our clients.
