Job Description Job description Service Line CBS Sub-service Line AWS Location Taguig City, Philippines No. of positions 1 Title USLI (Consulting – AI Enablement) – Senior Associate Rank 65 Grade Type of Employment Permanent Overall Years of Experience 4-6 years Relevant Years of Experience 2-3 years Requisition Date Resource On-board Date Required Qualification Position Summary As an Individual Contributor within USLI Consulting – AI Enablement, • You will act as the central point of contact for Consulting AI-related inquiries, ensuring high-quality and consistent service to a broad user base. • You will assist Consulting practices in accessing and understanding AI governance and reporting dashboards • This role requires high flexibility to handle volume spikes triggered by organizational communications and to adapt to changing priorities. • Monitor AI tool license utilization and consumption trends. • Notify practices when usage exceeds allocated budgets. • Coordinate with stakeholders and connect users to the appropriate teams for issue resolution. • Coordinate with stakeholders and connect users to the appropriate teams for issue resolution. • Provide oversight and follow-up on requests and operational activities. Skills Requirement Essential skills • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) for managing high-volume email correspondence. • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail in tracking licenses and compliance. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing individual deliverables Desired technical skills • Experience in project coordination and supporting a Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day operations. • Exposure to AI tool usage and reporting. • Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and evolving business needs Desired Behavioural Skills • Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities • Maintain/update all project related trackers e.g Project plan, Risk tracker, budget tracker etc. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills • Demonstrate an eye for detail • Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs Other requirements • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change • Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.
