Embark on a journey of growth and innovation as a Technical Project Manager I, where analytical reasoning and technical fluency intersect to shape the future of technology projects. As a Technical Project Manager I in the Chief Technology Office, you will help plan and execute local programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen our technology community, drive operational excellence, and amplify the TC’s impact. You will partner closely with the Tech Center Manager, Tech Center Lead, and pillar leads to shape strategy, manage cadence and budgets, streamline execution, and deliver clear communications that reinforce our values, culture, and brand. Job Responsibilities: Support the delivery of firmwide and location-specific technology programs, including planning, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate leadership forums and program governance activities, including agenda preparation, materials development, action tracking, and follow-up execution. Manage the Tech Center operating cadence, calendar, events, and milestones to optimize engagement and program effectiveness. Partner with leadership teams to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and updates that demonstrate program progress and impact. Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify data-driven opportunities to advance Tech Center objectives and strategy. Support operational excellence through budget management, issue resolution, process standardization, and continuous improvement across programs and initiatives. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning support (e.g., synthesizing inputs into plans, risks, and action items), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project reporting and continuous improvement, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline 1+ year of experience in technical program management, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and familiarity with agile methodologies in technology projects Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support project management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. Ability to review and validate AI-assisted project summaries, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately on a timely basis Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to present information in a clear and concise manner Showcase excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task Able to work independently as well as in a team situation Basic systems skills e.g., very good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
