Whatyou'llDo - Develop andenhanceAItechnologiesto buildrobust commerce platform capabilities. - Collaborate withCommerce and otherteams to build and implement multi-agent applicationsfor development and testing. - Bring to bear your extensive experience withagenticAI to develop innovative solutions. - Consistently deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines andevolvingpriorities. What you need to succeed - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent amount of practical experience. - 7+ years of hands on Engineering and software development experience. - Strong background in AI technologies and experience building multi-agent applications. - Demonstrated experience in collaborating with agentic AI. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. - Preferred qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field and experience with large-scale AI deployments. - Experience designing systems, or parts of systems, to be testable - Comfortable working close to production, building and owninggates to ensure robust deployment - Ability to influence engineering practices beyond your own team Nice to have - Experience with commerce specific systems: payments, inventory, order orchestration, pricing - Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins,ArgoCD, etc.) - Experience with chaos or fault injection testing About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $139,000 $257,550 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,900 - $257,550 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
