About the Role We’re looking for a Software Engineer in Test who thrives in fast-moving, high-intensity environments and enjoys turning ambiguous problems into reliable, scalable systems. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional QA—fine tuning test infrastructure, tooling, and processes that directly accelerate engineering velocity and product quality. What You'll Do Refine and evolve testing infrastructure and tooling that enables engineers to ship high-quality features at scale Design, implement, and maintain automated testing systems Create internal tools that improve developer productivity and shorten iteration cycles Partner closely with DevOps to optimize test execution and reliability within CI/CD pipelines Drive best practices in testing, observability, and release confidence across the engineering org What You'll Bring 3-5 years experience scaling test frameworks, infrastructure and developer tooling Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python Experience with CI/CD systems such as CircleCI, Buildkite , or similar tools Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex problems A systems mindset—you think in terms of reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability Snorkel is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
