Project Analyst, Sanctions Forensics and Investigations

Work You’ll Do As a Project - Analyst, Forensics and Investigations, on the project, you will: Perform sanctions investigations, including drafting designation packages using authorities held by government clients starting with performing complex intelligence research and analysis, to drafting a sanctions designation evidentiary memorandum, and adjudicating the sanctions designation clearance process Perform open-source intelligence / due diligence and classified intelligence research and analysisUse commercial databases, access corporate and financial records, and perform supply chain and corporate structure mapping Perform assessments, including pertaining to impact, regions, industries, economiesCoordinate with different federal government agencies, including the Intelligence CommunityThe successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of experience with all-source intelligence, research based writing, or political analysis Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Top Secret security clearance for this role Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires co-location in person 5 days per week in Washington, DCMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: 1+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysisExperience in research study writing, open-source intelligence (OSINT), and business intelligenceExperience with Sanctions-related researchFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,100 to $100,100.
