What you will do
- Map and identify new vendors — wholesale/ready-stock suppliers and garment manufacturing units — across key sourcing hubs suited to Rozana's price-quality positioning.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with vendor principals and factory owners/managers.
- Coordinate order placement, production/delivery timelines and issue resolution between vendors and the buying team.
- Conduct vendor onboarding checks (capacity, compliance, past performance) and periodic factory/warehouse visits.
- Support Buyers with market visits, trend scouting and vendor discovery for new categories/sub-categories.
What they are looking for
- 0–4 years of experience; fresh graduates from NIFT (or similar fashion/textile institutes) are encouraged to apply, as are candidates with prior vendor-facing experience in apparel retail or sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills — comfortable engaging with vendors ranging from large manufacturers to small local suppliers.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, fabric and production processes (from academic training or work experience).
- Willingness to travel to vendor/manufacturing hubs regularly.
- Good communication (Hindi and English) and follow-up discipline.
