- Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets.
- Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
- Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.
What they are looking for
- 7+ years’ experience in Veterinary practice
- 3+ years’ experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
- Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
- Experience in small animal practice 3+years
- Pet Parenting experience.

Detailed job description: • Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care) • Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, paravets and handlers. • Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets. • Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India. • Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India. • Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets. • Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India. • Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets. • Audit reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city. Skill and Competencies: • Strong people management and inter-personal skills • Vendor management and supplier/brand associations • Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations. • Training and development. • Leading and developing teams. • Quality Audit Review • Customer connect, drive customer delight.
