Our AI agents help banks, NBFCs, fintechs and insurers automate customer conversations across sales, collections, service and other high-volume use cases.Our platform combines Voice AI Agents and Voice Analytics to help enterprises improve customer experience, drive operational efficiency and reduce costs.We are looking for a Presales Manager who can work closely with our Sales and Delivery teams to translate complex customer problems into compelling AI-led solutions.What You'll DoOwn the presales lifecycle from discovery and solutioning to proposal, demo, POC and handover to Delivery.Partner closely with Sales teams to understand customer business problems and build solution-led pitches.Conduct discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across banks, NBFCs, fintechs and insurers.Design solutions using Voice AI / Conversational AI / Agentic AI for use cases such as collections, customer service, sales and verification.Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations and POCs tailored to customer requirements.Translate business requirements into solution architecture, workflows, conversational journeys and implementation requirements.Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to assess technical feasibility, integrations and effort estimates.Build proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, architecture diagrams and commercial inputs.Lead customer workshops and help customers understand the business impact and ROI of AI-led automation.Support Sales in handling technical and solution-related objections and progressing enterprise deals.Ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation by creating clear solution documentation and success criteria.Build reusable demo assets, solution templates, use-case playbooks and industry-specific propositions.What We're Looking For6–10 years of experience in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Solution Architecture or Enterprise SaaS.Strong experience working with BFSI clients and understanding their business processes.Experience in Conversational AI, Voice AI, Contact Centre, CCaaS, SaaS or automation will be strongly preferred.Strong understanding of enterprise technology, APIs, integrations and solution design.Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear, scalable technology solutions.Excellent presentation, storytelling and stakeholder-management skills.Comfortable interacting with CXOs, business heads, technology leaders and operations teams.Strong commercial orientation — able to connect technology solutions to business outcomes, ROI and customer value.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership from problem discovery to deal closure.Strong hands-on ability with AI tools and AI prompting is a plus.What Success Looks LikeHigher conversion of qualified opportunities through strong solutioning and POCs.Faster turnaround on proposals, demos and RFPs.Stronger enterprise customer engagement during the sales cycle.Clear, technically feasible solutions that can be successfully implemented by Delivery.Creation of scalable presales assets and repeatable solution playbooks.Strong contribution to new logo acquisition and revenue growth.Why GreyLabs AI?Work at the intersection of AI, Voice and BFSI.Solve real, high-impact enterprise problems using Agentic AI.Work directly with senior leaders and enterprise customers.Build solutions in a rapidly scaling AI startup environment.Opportunity to shape how enterprises adopt Voice AI at scale.Apply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
