With backing from RTP Global, Z47, Peak XV, and Think Investments—and fresh funding of $13M in June 2025 (total funding: $68M)—we are doubling down on product innovation, AI-powered infrastructure, and high-impact growth solutions.Why This Role MattersAs a Senior Associate – Performance Marketing, you'll own the execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of D2C and eCommerce brands. You'll work closely with clients to understand business objectives, translate them into high-performing campaigns, and deliver measurable growth across key performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management and wants to build expertise in scaling performance for fast-growing digital brands.What You'll OwnPlan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven campaign strategies.Monitor campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes to improve outcomes.Analyze audience behaviour, creatives, and funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal stakeholders.Collaborate with designers, content teams, and Marketing Leads to execute high-impact campaigns.Ensure campaign hygiene, accurate tracking, and timely execution across all managed accounts.Stay updated on Meta platform changes, industry trends, and best practices to drive better campaign performance.Who You Are2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency or D2C environment.Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with live advertising budgets.Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and D2C growth strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.Comfortable working with dashboards, reporting tools, and key marketing metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high execution quality.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Why GoKwikAt GoKwik, we're not replacing existing growth setups—we're enabling them.
