In this role,you’ll create high-quality static designs, motion graphics, AI and live-action videos that align with our brand,marketing goals, and storytelling vision.You’ll collaborate closely with designers, video creators, and marketing stakeholders to bring compellingideas to life across campaigns, digital channels, and products.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, motion, AI, and visualstorytelling, and is eager to contribute to a growing brand with ambitious creative goals.What You'll Do● Create visually engaging static designs, motion graphics, and AI/live-action videos across digitalplatforms.● Incorporate typography, visual effects, sound design, and lighting techniques to enhance the impactand engagement of content.● Maintain a strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and delivering work on schedule.● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and refine outputs toachieve the desired creative vision.● Work closely with the marketing team to understand business objectives, campaign goals, and theoverall marketing pipeline.● Stay current with industry trends, continuously improve skills, and explore emerging AI workflowsand creative technologies.Core Design Skills● Strong aesthetic sense with a solid understanding of visual, motion, and video editing principles.● Ability to translate business objectives into impactful creative solutions.Tools● Proficiency in Adobe suite, Figma, and LottieFiles.● Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, and similarplatforms.Advanced / Bonus Skills● Knowledge of Rive, Spline, Cinema 4D, or Blender is an added advantage (or a willingness tolearn them).● Interest in working across multiple disciplines, including print, visual, website, video editing, andanimation.● Eagerness to experiment with and apply new AI workflows in real-world projects.Collaboration and Communication● Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain the rationale behind designdecisions.● Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly to achieve the best possible outcomes.Growth Mindset and Culture Fit● A self-starter mindset with a passion for crafting world-class brand experiences.● Always eager to learn, experiment, and expand creative and technical expertise.Ideally, your experience and vision should be centered on creating world-class output and personalporfolio that stands out for its creativity, storytelling, and design excellence._________________________________________________________________________________BenefitsAt Rocketlane, we genuinely care about everyone we bring on board.
