What you will do
- End-to-end YouTube strategy: content calendar, format bets, channel growth in terms of subscribers, but more importantly, watch time and audience that sticks
- Full ownership of the YouTube back-end: Publishing cadence, and monetisation, this channel should work commercially, not just creatively
- Putting budget behind what's already working: using paid (YouTube Ads, video boosting) to accelerate organic breakouts, not running paid and organic as two separate strategies.
- Building 1–2 new content IPs from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists
- Running the channel like a lab: A/B testing thumbnails, titles, formats decisions backed by what the data shows
What they are looking for
- 3–4 years hands-on experience managing a YouTube channel. You've grown one, not just posted to one
- Working knowledge of YouTube advertising and comfortable putting spend behind content
- Real, current platform literacy including analytics, algorithm behaviour, and platform SEO, you can point to specific things you've tested, not textbook answers
- High ownership, direct communicator, and comfortable with fast iteration
- A point of view on what "meaningful growth" looks like beyond the vanity number
- Can tell the difference between a view spike and durable growth measuring retention, returning viewers, subscribers who actually stick and building strategies accordingly.
- Understanding that health/wellness YouTube plays differently from general entertainment with different trust signals, different retention patterns & not a one-size-fits-all growth playbook
Nice to have
- Comfort with basic production/editing tools (Premiere Pro or equivalent), you don't need to cut the final video, but you should understand what you're briefing
- Self-shoot capability, even at a basic level useful for quick-turnaround or BTS content
- Understanding of rights/usage and platform content guidelines

We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience through seamless support, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. You'll own Clinikally’s YouTube channel end-to-end which would include planning content, , strategising & publishing with growth measured in meaningful views, and new content IPs, not just subscriber count. Building 1–2 new content IPs from scratch, not just optimizing what already exists Running the channel like a lab: A/B testing thumbnails, titles, formats decisions backed by what the data shows Staying plugged into YouTube's own tools and roadmap, exploring new features, monetisation levers, anything that gets us an edge before competitors catch on Feeding YouTube-specific learnings back to the wider content team (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit) so wins compound beyond the channel Partnering with the rest of the brand team on shoots, interviews, and BTS content, making sure what gets filmed actually works for YouTube's format and audience, not just repurposed from somewhere else What We Need Essential: 3–4 years hands-on experience managing a YouTube channel.
