OneRoadmap has been selected for Anthropic's Claude for Startups program. What it brings, and what we plan to build next.
OneRoadmap is excited to announce that it has been selected for Anthropic's Claude for Startups program.
OneRoadmap builds ORI, an AI career agent that takes job seekers from finding the opportunity to ready to apply. ORI reads roles straight from company careers pages, matches them to each candidate's profile, shows the skill gaps to close and how to close them, and prepares a tailored resume, answers and an application strategy. The candidate always reviews and submits. ORI works on the web, in a Chrome extension and on WhatsApp.
The program gives startups API credits and higher rate limits for Claude, office hours with Anthropic's Applied AI team, and a community of founders building with Claude.
What's next
With the program's support, we plan to:
- Evaluate Claude models alongside the models ORI uses today for the most careful step of application prep: checking every line of a tailored resume against the candidate's own experience and the job description.
- Explore Claude for deeper conversations in Chat with Ori, where candidates ask about a job, their gaps or their roadmap.
- Use Claude Code to help our engineers ship improvements to ORI faster.
