We partner with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance companies to automate customer interactions through AI-powered voice agents while delivering measurable business outcomes.As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Regional Director – Program Management / Delivery to lead our delivery organization, manage strategic enterprise accounts, and build high-performing program management teams.Role OverviewThis is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and enjoys owning enterprise customer success from project kickoff to successful deployment and scale.You will be responsible for leading multiple AI implementation programs, managing a team of Program Managers, driving executive stakeholder relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as the bridge between customers and internal product and engineering teams.This role requires equal strengths in client management, people leadership, execution excellence, and problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery LeadershipOwn the successful delivery of multiple enterprise AI implementation programs across the region.Drive end-to-end project execution from discovery, solution design, implementation, UAT, go-live, adoption, and hypercare.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional customer experience.Customer & Executive Stakeholder ManagementBuild trusted relationships with CXOs and senior business stakeholders across BFSI clients.Lead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic governance discussions.Manage escalations proactively and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and scale a team of Program Managers.Define delivery standards, review mechanisms, and execution playbooks.Coach team members on client communication, project management, and AI solution delivery.Build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.Cross-functional CollaborationPartner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, and Sales teams.Translate customer requirements into clear execution plans.Drive prioritization and alignment across internal stakeholders.Operational ExcellenceEstablish governance frameworks, project health reviews, risk management, and delivery metrics.Improve implementation processes and create repeatable best practices as the organization scales.Track utilization, resource planning, and delivery efficiency.Business Growth SupportIdentify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.Support pre-sales discussions by providing implementation strategy and delivery expertise.Contribute to customer renewals and long-term account success.What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Enterprise Implementations.Experience leading enterprise SaaS or AI/Technology implementation programs.Proven experience managing and mentoring Program Managers.Strong executive stakeholder management experience.Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise programs.Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, enterprise workflows, and technology implementation lifecycles.Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with ambiguity and rapid decision-making.Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.Preferred ExperienceExperience working with BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, Fintech).Prior experience delivering AI, Voice AI, Conversational AI, Contact Center, Speech Analytics, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.Experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and large implementation teams.What Makes You SuccessfulYou naturally take ownership and don't wait to be told what needs to be done.You can balance customer expectations with business priorities.You enjoy solving complex delivery challenges under pressure.You build strong teams and enable people to perform at their best.You communicate confidently with both engineers and CXOs.You thrive in fast-paced environments where execution matters more than hierarchy.Why Join GreyLabs AI?Build cutting-edge AI products transforming India's BFSI ecosystem.Lead strategic enterprise programs with some of the country's largest financial institutions.Work directly with founders and influence how delivery scales as the company grows.Be part of one of India's fastest-growing AI companies, solving real-world business problems at scale.Apply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
