You'll lead visual editing, content editing, design systems, and theming, all AI-first, making sure that what people build with Lovable is consistent, on-brand, and easy to experiment with.Why Lovable?Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them.

We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.What we're looking for8+ years in the software industry, with experience in product management or engineering leadership on design tools, visual editors, or creative platforms (Figma, Canva, Webflow, or similar)Deep understanding of design systems, theming, typography, and layout, and a sharp eye for what makes visual output feel professional rather than amateurExperience thinking about design in an AI-first context, including how generative AI can produce, adapt, and maintain visual quality at scaleTechnical curiosity: you don't need to code, but you understand how design tools and AI systems work under the hood well enough to make good product callsPreferred: Prior experience closing the gap between AI-generated output and genuinely designed experiences; strong opinions on how AI should make design decisions on behalf of usersWhat you'll doRepresent the user.

Bring findings on design quality, visual editing workflows, and content creation patterns to the team with clarity and convictionRun discovery end-to-end: user interviews, competitive research, usability testing, data analysis, and crafting messaging for upcoming featuresOwn the design quality bar. Make sure AI-generated outputs are consistent, on-brand, and give users the confidence to experiment freely and shipScope ruthlessly.

Ship the right slice of functionality, validate what works through user feedback and metrics, and cut what doesn'tEnable sales, support, and marketing with the context they need to talk about design features accurately and confidentlyProjects you'll tackle first: Auditing the current state of AI-generated visual output and defining the quality gaps; owning the first iteration of a coherent theming and design system experience; running discovery on the visual editing workflows users rely on most and where they break downAbout your applicationPlease submit your application in English.
