What you will do
- Rapidly contribute to building the cloud infrastructure for AI employees, being the founding lead for cloud-b
- Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
- Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
- Take full product ownership from ideation to launch.
What they are looking for
- Former team lead with hands-on experience in building and deploying agentic systems and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- 5-15 years of hands-on engineering experience. Team leads or principal DevOps engineers who have grown teams from an early stage.
- Strong background in JS/Typescript and Python (we also build voice agents!)
- Proficiency in Next.js.
- AWS services, Terraform, and Postgres.
- Docker, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
Nice to have
- Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 50 in the United States.
- Basic or professional experience with HIPAA is useful.
