What you will do
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack backend/frontend systems and high-performance React Native Mobile Applications
- Design and optimize APIs, interactive UI components, databases, and secure cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices within the team
- Collaborate directly with clients to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and lead product demos
What they are looking for
- 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong, production-proven expertise in Full-Stack development & React Native mobile app development
- Highly proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside strong experience in backend languages like Python, Java, or Go
- Proven track record of architecting, building, and shipping robust, end-to-end software applications
- Solid hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/etc.)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and guide diverse teams
