What you will do
- Build and maintain the Lucidic dashboard and optimization workflows
- Design and implement APIs that power our optimization platform
- Work closely with customers to understand their workflows and translate needs into product features
- Collaborate with the research team to surface optimization insights through compelling visualizations
- Own features from conception through deployment and iteration
What they are looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (React/TypeScript frontend, Python/Node backend)
- Experience building data-intensive applications with complex visualizations
- Track record of shipping products that users love
- Strong product intuition and ability to make tradeoffs independently
- Excellent communication skills and customer empathy
Nice to have
- Experience with ML/AI products or developer tools
- Background in data visualization or analytics platforms
- Experience at early-stage startups
- Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering
