What you will do
- Translate technical capabilities into real-world implementations that drive measurable impact
- Align internal engineering teams with customer IT and operational stakeholders
- Scope timelines, drive follow-ups, and unblock deployments
- Work closely with F500 customers and the founding team
- Own key parts of Trellis's technical infrastructure and launch new initiatives
What they are looking for
- 3+ years in a client-facing role such as Forward Deployment, Implementation, Solutions, Consulting, or similar
- Experience deploying technical products within complex or enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of technical concepts and technical requirements
- At least one summer of technical experience as an engineer or a technical degree
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to scope timelines, drive follow-ups, and unblock deployments
- Strong executive-level communication skills
- High ownership and ability to operate autonomously in fast-moving environments
- Ability to quickly learn technical workflows and translate them into business value
- Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to have
- Background at top consulting firms or private equity groups are a big plus
