structured by ORIThe OCI Trusted Robot Platform team is responsible for the Robotics platform for OCI’s data centers. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on building the Trusted Robotics Platform team.
What you will do
- Lead, grow, and develop high-performing software engineering teams responsible for Trusted Robot Platforms.
- Own the design, delivery, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of software services used to support the long-term the robot platforms.
- Partner with product managers, technical program managers, operations leaders, and engineering stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver high-impact software.
- Establish strong engineering practices around architecture, service ownership, observability, testing, deployment, security, incident response, and operational readiness.
- Lead teams through the full software lifecycle, including requirements definition, technical design, implementation, launch, production operations, and continuous improvement.
