About the role
structured by ORIThe OCI Trusted Robot Platform team is responsible for the Robotics platform for OCI’s data centers. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Principal Systems Software Engineer to lead embedded platform enablement for current and future robotics systems deployed in OCI.
What you will do
- Make Oracle Linux work on various embedded platforms (ARM, Intel, AMD). Knoweldge of ISA and chipsets is key.
- Contribute and extend open-source software in: Linux kernel, uboot, ATF.
- Design and develop images for these platforms.
- Collaborate with silicon vendors on reference code, firmware updates, and firmware enablement.
- Ensure vendors firmware update mechanisms meet OCI requirements.
