About the role
structured by ORIThe OCI Trusted Robot Platform team is responsible for the Robotics platform for OCI’s data centers. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Systems Software Engineer to validate physically robotics systems deployed in OCI.
What you will do
- Review of product features and definition of relevant test scenarios.
- Design and implementation of ML/AI code to verify product functionality.
- Maintenance of existing automated regression tests to ensure continued product release quality.
- Test failure root cause analysis in tandem with product development.
- Mentor engineers participate in design reviews, and define standards for maintainable, supportable, production-grade firmware across teams.
Nice to have
- Strong background in operating systems.
- Strong background in robotics.
- Several years of hands-on Unix/Linux development experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Python and Bash scripting for development and automation tasks.
