What you will do
- Lead, grow, and develop high-performing software engineering teams responsible for cloud-scale operational platforms.
- Own the design, delivery, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of software services used to support OCI data center operations.
- Drive technical strategy and execution across systems that support task management, workflow automation, guided procedures, inventory integration, operational analytics, and collaboration.
- Partner with product managers, technical program managers, operations leaders, and engineering stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver high-impact software.
- Build platforms that simplify complex operational workflows and reduce manual, repetitive, or error-prone work for data center teams.
What they are looking for
- 9 years of experience in software development OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or related fiel
- 6 years of experience with programming and/or scripting languages (e.g., SQL, C/C++, JavaScript).
- 4 years of experience with databases.
- 2 years of experience in a technical lead role with direct reports.
- 2 years of experience working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
- 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle Cloud).
