What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native services that support OCI data center hardware operations, repair workflows, inventory processes, analytics, and operational management.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, workflows, and data integrations that connect operational systems into unified user experiences for technicians, managers, and support teams.
- Develop software that transforms complex operational processes into guided, task-centric workflows with clear states, automated handoffs, validation steps, and measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to systems that improve task prioritization, work assignment, technician productivity, inventory visibility, part readiness, and operational decision-making.
- Implement reliable integrations with systems of record for ticketing, inventory, knowledge management, telemetry, and reporting while ensuring correctness, resiliency, and security.
