Consultant - Marketing, Sales & Service

We are looking for a Consultant to support organizations in defining and implementing growth, digital transformation, commercial, marketing, and customer experience strategies. Your Key Responsibilities Apply a structured problem-solving approach to consulting engagements, including understanding client challenges and designing the analyses required to address them. Support digital transformation, commercial, marketing, and customer experience initiatives by contributing to recommendations and action plans. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative working environment. Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project deliverables, ensuring analytical rigor and consistency of messaging. Participate in project teams, helping to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients. Support senior team members in understanding clients’ key business challenges and defining the appropriate analytical approach. Participate in the preparation and facilitation of workshops, interviews, meetings, and project presentations. Support primary and secondary research activities, including gathering, processing, and analyzing information from interviews, surveys, benchmarks, and workshops. Contribute to business development activities, proposal preparation, and internal team initiatives. Skills and Attributes for Success Strategic thinking and strong analytical capabilities. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, marketing, sales, customer experience, or related areas. A bachelor's and/or master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Interest in and/or exposure to digital transformation, AI-enabled business process innovation, marketing, and strategy topics. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges. Fluency in Portuguese and strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ideally, You'll Also Have Previous consulting experience. Experience working on business transformation, customer experience, marketing, or commercial excellence initiatives. Exposure to digital technologies, data-driven decision-making, and AI-enabled solutions.
