The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Proficient in HR Business Partnering support, with a strong understanding of HR BP and workforce-related financial services activities. Skilled in leveraging analytics to interpret HR data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting, dashboarding, data analysis, and managing large HR datasets efficiently. Ability to create clear, impactful presentations that translate insights into actionable business recommendations. Working knowledge of Power BI for building visual reports and enhancing HR performance tracking and analysis. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification PG Diploma in Human Resource Management Post Graduate Diploma in Management Master of Arts in Psychology Experience HR BP 6+ What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
