Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for assigned Service Lines, delivering exceptional recruitment support and ensuring timely hiring outcomes. Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier and diverse talent across multiple functions. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by providing market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations to support workforce planning and hiring decisions. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to understand business priorities, anticipate future talent needs, and develop proactive recruitment solutions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with recruitment standards, policies, and best practices. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships for both immediate and future hiring opportunities. Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey. Leverage networking, market mapping, and relationship-building strategies to strengthen talent attraction efforts. Represent the organization at recruitment events, industry networking sessions, and career fairs to enhance employer branding initiatives. Track recruitment metrics, analyze hiring trends, and provide timely reporting to leadership, proactively identifying risks and recommendations for improvement. Skills and Attributes for Success At least 5 years of recruitment experience gained in either in-house, agency, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or a combination of these environments. Proven ability to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent through a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment methodologies. Strong experience in talent mapping, market research, candidate engagement, networking, and diversity recruitment initiatives. Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for niche, complex, or hard-to-fill roles. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools. Experience in high-volume recruitment or professional services hiring will be an advantage.
