The roleAs our founding product engineer, you’ll have full-stack ownership of AI-native products with real-life impact. You will meet clinical teams, learn their needs, and create solutions that solve their problems.

What you will do

  • Plan out and deliver full-stack AI products for clinical, back-office, and front-office teams.
  • Meet clinical teams to learn their pain points and discover new opportunities.
  • Analyze product usage to update our product strategy.
  • Build evals, inference pipelines, and agent harnesses to solve real-life problems.
  • Debug issues and improve core infrastructure performance.

  • In-person in San Francisco.
  • 1–3 years of experience building software products for non-technical audiences.
  • Full-stack fundamentals: React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres.
  • Interest in a career owning impact instead of just code.
