EY Talent Services – Project Manager – Senior Associate The opportunity We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Project Management for our Talent Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm. Your key responsibilities - Plan, schedule, track and manage overall project execution - Effective management of project metrics such as effort, schedule, product and process quality etc. - Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations - Facilitate best practices in project management to comply with the firm’s standards - Effective risk management - Manage project against set standards and processes - Successful project issue resolution (internal and external) - Manage multiple, simultaneous projects end-to-end - Manage project billing, utilization, and resource allocation - Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders - Accountable for project deliverables and managing the project team Skills and attributes for success - Strong organization skills - Proficient in client expectation management - Exposure to working with international clients will be advantageous - Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in learning - Knowledge to develop high quality technical and strategic presentations and documentation To qualify for the role, you must have - Any Graduate - 4-8 years into project management experience in e-learning and content development - Project Management experience in IT or e-learning or related industries - Knowledge of e-learning development life cycle Ideally, you’ll also have Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
