What you will do
- Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence.
- Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations.
- Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners.

- 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Logistics Service & Customer Support.
- Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi, English).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
