What you will do
- You will own end to end staffing with full stack sourcing across funnels — Job boards including but not limited to LinkedIn, Naukri etc., Hiring consultants, Referrals and deep networks to find high-agency talent suitable to the role needs.
- You conduct the first high-signal screenings. You don't just check boxes; you assess for "Aramya Fit"
- You own the recruitment dashboard for all the roles you drive. Data is your compass—you track conversion ratios and time-to-hire with military precision.
- You manage the candidate experience from the first conversation to the joining date ensuring zero drop-outs.
What they are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in non-IT corporate hiring.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, and local job boards.
- Super organized, proactive, and driven - you don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Ready to wear multiple hats and build from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in start-up/retail/fashion/D2C is preferable.
