We're growing our Compliance Operations team and looking for an Analyst to help handle the day-to-day: reviewing company documents, verifying contractor identities, running sanctions checks, and flagging anything that doesn't look right.You'll work closely with two other analysts and report into our Head of Operations, with our Head of Compliance as your escalation point for anything that needs a second set of eyes. You don't need to be a compliance expert on day one — you need real hands-on exposure to KYC/KYB and a sharp eye for detail, and we'll help you build the rest.What you'll doReview client KYB documentation — corporate registration, ownership structure, proof of operations, authorized representativesSupport contractor KYC — verifying IDs, resolving address or payment detail mismatches, handling jurisdictional flagsRun sanctions, PEP, and adverse media checks using our approved tools and proceduresInvestigate payment issues — failed payouts, payment detail changes, cross-border payment concernsKeep our compliance trackers, evidence folders, and case notes accurate and audit-readyEscalate potential fraud, sanctions risk, unusual activity, or policy violations quickly and clearly. Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Operations on client-facing requests 1-3 years of hands-on compliance experience — KYC, KYB, client/customer onboarding, or sanctions screening, ideally at a payment processor, bank, crypto exchange, or money transmitterComfortable reviewing documents carefully and spotting what's missing, inconsistent, or unclearGood written English — you can write a clean case note and a clear client requestComfortable with spreadsheets, case queues, and juggling multiple open cases at onceHigh attention to detail, with the judgment to know when something needs to be escalated rather than closedArabic fluency is a strong plus, not a requirement Remote-First Culture: We don't just sell remote work; we live it.
