What you will do
- Designing, testing, and refining AI prompts for content generation and automation
- Using AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, Descript, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) to generate videos, voiceovers, and creative assets
- Building lightweight workflows/automations that integrate AI into daily processes
- Collaborating with product and content teams to identify where AI can speed up work
- Documenting experiments, results, and learnings for internal use
What they are looking for
- Minimum 6-month commitment
- Comfortable experimenting with AI models (text, image, video, voice)
- Creative mindset for using AI to solve problems and generate content
- Familiarity with tools like OpenAI, Gemini, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, HeyGen, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and quick learner in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in applied AI and prompt engineering
Nice to have
- Prior projects/internships using AI tools is a bonus
- Good coding foundations (Python, Node.js, or similar) to run automations and workflows is nice to have
