Location Rajegaon, Goa (Pirna Bardez) Function Educational Background Position Envira Plant Operations- Productionsupervisor Experience Share Job Key Purpose Of The Role: Key Tasks: Production Operations: Manage daily production activities, including briquetting and pelletizing operations. Warehouse & Inventory Management: Manage warehouse inflow and outflow and maintain accurate stock records. Machine Operations: Operate and monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine electrical checks on motors, control panels, wiring, presses, grinders, and conveyors. Mechanical Maintenance: Conduct mechanical maintenance activities, including lubrication, alignment, and preventive servicing of pellet and briquette machines. Breakdown & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot electrical faults and mechanical breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime. Maintenance Records: Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and breakdowns for compliance and audit requirements. Procurement & Dispatch Planning: Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team. SOP Compliance: Ensure adherence to defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for plant and warehouse operations. Health, Safety & Hygiene: Monitor and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant premises. Transport Coordination: Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports covering production, inventory, maintenance, and dispatch status. Manpower Management: Handle manpower allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, clients, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth plant operations. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Electrical Panel Maintenance: Monitor and maintain electrical panels to ensure reliable and safe operation. Motor & Wiring Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot motor, wiring, and electrical system issues. Electrical Safety: Ensure safe operation and handling of electrical systems and equipment. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of presses, grinders, conveyors, pellet machines, and briquette machines. Lubrication & Alignment: Manage lubrication schedules and conduct regular alignment checks for machinery. Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
