Location Nellore, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Antroli, Sindhi, Indapur, Loni Devkar, Phaltan (Kurkumbh) Function Educational Background Position Warehouse Supervisor Experience Share Job Key Purpose Of The Role: The Warehouse Supervisor – Biomass Bank is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, equipment availability, inventory accuracy, fuel reconciliation, and compliance with SOPs across the Biomass Bank. The role focuses on managing equipment lifecycle, daily deployment, fuel and inventory management, warehouse safety, quality parameters such as moisture and temperature, and contract manpower attendance, leveraging both platform-based systems and manual controls to ensure high asset productivity and operational readiness. Key Tasks: 1. Equipment Lifecycle & Asset Management: Equipment Onboarding: Onboard new equipment on the platform and maintain accurate asset records. Equipment Transfer: Manage equipment transfer-in and transfer-out between Biomass Banks. Equipment Status Management: Update equipment status on the platform as: Active (working condition) Inactive (breakdown) Repair & Reactivation: Coordinate equipment repairs and ensure timely reactivation of equipment. Asset Productivity: Track asset productivity, utilization, and operational performance. 2. Equipment Deployment Management: Daily Check-in & Check-out: Perform daily equipment check-in and check-out on the platform. Equipment Availability: Ensure equipment availability as per operational requirements. Deployment Monitoring: Monitor equipment deployment and utilization against operational requirements. Escalation: Escalate equipment shortages, breakdowns, or downtime to the concerned teams. 3. Fuel & Inventory Management for All Bio Products: Fuel Dispensing: Dispense fuel using the Repos system. Fuel Reconciliation: Maintain daily fuel reconciliation records on the platform. Inventory Management: Update inward and outward inventory transactions on the platform. Stock Verification: Regularly verify physical stock against platform stock and resolve discrepancies. Delivery Scheduling: Schedule deliveries for confirmed orders. Logistics Optimization: Optimize delivery schedules to reduce logistics costs and improve vehicle utilization. 4. Warehouse Operations & SOP Compliance: SOP Compliance: Ensure warehouse operations are carried out as per defined SOPs. Stacking Management: Maintain proper stacking as per the approved warehouse layout. Environmental Monitoring: Monitor and record moisture and temperature levels within the warehouse. Safety Compliance: Ensure safety signage is displayed, maintained, and clearly visible. Equipment Readiness: Conduct regular equipment readiness and maintenance checks. Requisitions: Raise requisitions for refuelling and spare parts as required. Spare Stock Management: Maintain adequate spare stock inventory and ensure availability as per operational requirements. Safety Kit Management: Distribute safety kits and maintain accurate distribution records. Visual Management: Ensure effective visual management practices are maintained within the warehouse. 5. Quality Monitoring (Moisture & Temperature): Quality Checks: Conduct moisture and temperature checks as per defined SOPs. Digital Reporting: Record and upload moisture and temperature data on the platform. Quality Compliance: Ensure material quality compliance before aggregation and dispatch. 6. Manpower & Attendance Management: Attendance Management: Maintain daily attendance records of contract manpower. Manpower Availability: Ensure adequate manpower availability for smooth warehouse operations. Attendance Reconciliation: Coordinate with vendors to identify and resolve attendance discrepancies. Opportunity: This role offers the opportunity to independently manage end-to-end warehouse and asset operations at a Biomass Bank. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime, inventory accuracy, fuel control, quality compliance, and safe warehouse operations directly contributing to higher productivity, reduced operational losses, and smooth aggregation and delivery execution.
