What you will do
- Own the trackers that answer “who's certified, who isn't, and what's next”: training completion, roster-linked headcount, certification status
- Coordinate the calendar for sessions, mock drills, and reviews across clinics so nothing falls through
- Build the numbers story behind training such as participation rates, completion percentages, budget tracking
- Run logistics for certification rollouts such as Fear Free and In-Patient Department (IPD) emergency drills
What they are looking for
- Comfortable with AI tools, and able to put them to work inside Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Pursuing or recently completed post-graduation; a background in management or I/O psychology preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented, the kind of person who owns a tracker instead of just updating it
- Clear written communication in English
- Open to working with clinical-adjacent content; no clinical background needed
